Cool, colorful costumes? Check. Traditional Mexican music and dance? Check. Live mariachi band? Check, check and check. The Bay Area-based folk-dance troupe Costa De Oro celebrates the season with “Dia de los Muertos: Fiesta en el Panteon (Day of the Dead: Party in the Pantheon)” at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts. Along with a traditional altar built in remembrance of those who’ve passed, this bright, vibrant performance features more than 40 dancers and musicians who’ll bring the sights and sounds of the ancient festival to life.
